Service is fantastic. Everyone is super friendly and makes sure you are content, even when it's really busy. I got the yuzu salmon. Surprisingly, very filling. The rice is always cooked to perfection and the quality of the fish is great. I recommend getting their rainbow rolls. You can taste it all together in a perfect combination. ”

“ Came right at opening time so seating and service was quick! The Volcano roll is one of my favorite rolls, highly recommend if you like eel sauce and seared salmon! The bulgogi in the bento box was very tender, but the dish definitely does not match its picture on the menu, which I find misleading since it has way more items that aren't actually included in the dish (ex: rolls) ”

“ Came here for some comfort food after an absolute shit Tuesday. Service was great, ambiance was good. I was seated away from the entrance where there was a draft every time the door opened (I had a very attentive server). I ordered a bowl of Tonkatsu ramen, it was good and is always my favorite. Will definitely keep coming here. ”

“ Kunal was our Server. I have not been to Kopan, sushi and Ramen since the remodel. I love what they've done with this place! First immediately, the interior is so much nicer with a much more cozy ambience. It looks like an Asian Village Tea House. Second, their menu has changed dramatically! The choices are much more varied than before. I had the Negi-Toro Donburi. It was scrumptious! I was surprised how flavorful the Negitoro was. I fully expected to be half cut with cheap big eye tuna, but instead I got a pile of creamy fresh negitoro- and a good piece of uni on top! With the 3 pieces of nori I made myself 3 little negitoro handrolls, ok more like tacos, but I digress. I love tasty food I can play with. For $19.95, it's a decent deal. It's a small portion, but well worth it! We ordered the Kuro Mayu Ramen with extra egg and more char siu. The extras came in the side, and I appreciate that;so I know what is "normal" amounts of everything. The ramen was flavorful to the last drop. We also had the mixed tempura, which was light and tasty. Third, the quality of their food has gone up! Last but definitely not least, service was impeccable. Kunal was our server, and he was friendly, helpful and prompt with our food and drinks. ---- We came here a second time and some changes had already happened! Now there is crispy spinach dish that was good in idea, but execution lacked ; the spinach was greasy. I've had it where it's crispy but not oily in other places so I was looking forward to it, but was disappointed. Flavor was good tho. I tried the bento box lunch special and I liked all the little things that came with it, but the salmon teriyaki was overcooked and dry. ”
